We are a group of dreamers and doers who meet on Capitol Hill every other Thursday morning for prayer and action. We hope to move the needle for your business – spiritually and practically. If you’re an entrepreneur who is looking for community and support – this is for you!

Caroline’s Path to Purpose

Caroline Johnston grew up in the midst of conflict, but in her mother’s kitchen, she found healing. Now, through Green Island Bakery and its partnership with The Dream Collective, she offers that same refuge to trauma survivors by creating a space where baking becomes a path to renewal.

What started as a small pop-up has grown into a thriving business, but Caroline knows the real success is in the lives transformed. Her journey is a testament to the unseen power of small beginnings, because you never know how the seeds you plant today will change the world tomorrow.
